Contents of the voucher

  • You can choose the value of the gift voucher (minimum 50 EUR).
  • The name of the recipient will be included on the voucher, and if you request it to be sent electronically via email, you can also add a personal message.
  • The voucher can be redeemed for services at Kolping Family Resort within the validity period. This may include accommodation, food and drinks, or treatments at Hanami Beauty & Spa.
Validity and payment
Valid: 1 year from the day of issue


The voucher will be issued once the payment has been received in our account. In case of successful online payment, this will happen immediately; in case of bank transfer, within 3-4 business days after the transfer. If the payment for the voucher is not received within 5 days after the purchase, the order will be automatically canceled.

Available payment methods: SimplePay online payment (credit card, digital wallet), Bank transfer (within 5 calendar days)
  • The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of the order.
  • The voucher can only be redeemed for bookings made directly with the hotel and cannot be used through travel agencies or online intermediaries.
  • How to redeem the voucher:
    • When making a reservation, the recipient must refer to the voucher number. If this is entered in the final step of the online booking on our website, the value of the voucher will be automatically deducted from the total amount of the reservation.
    • Please make sure that the recipient brings the voucher with them for their stay and presents it at the reception upon arrival.
    • Modifications or cancellations of bookings made with the voucher are subject to the general terms and conditions.
  • The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, and it cannot be used to pay the local tourist tax (600 HUF per person per night, from age 18).
  • Loyalty points cannot be used for voucher purchases. However, loyalty points corresponding to the value of the booking will be credited when redeeming the voucher, and can be used for a future stay.
